This is the complete history of Silly Monkey.com! It is suprising how much one photo can do.

HISTORY

It all started in 1925 when our proud founder S.M. Sillymonkey had this silly portrait done of him. He put this portrait in the local newspaper soon afterward,people started to give him large amounts of cash for no reason what so ever. He then became extremely wealthy and bought a farm in Wisconsin. In 1936 he married Ms. Elizabeth Monkeybanks(Elizabeth is also a monkey).In 1940, they had a child. Mr. S.M. Sillymonkey jr. was born on April 7, 1940. They were a happy family for the years they were together. Sadly, in 1959 S.M. Sillymonkey passed away from old age. He gave everything to his son and wife. In 1963, S.M. Sillymonkey II married Ms. Rachel Crazymonkey.They had a child on December 18, 1967. They named him Bill Sillymonkey. Bill had a happy childhood. In 1987 he decided to move out. As he was packing his things, he came across the famous portrait of his grandfather. Inspired, he began to take pictures of monkeys doing wierd things. He saved all of his pictures. Ten years after he finished college, he met me, the man who would make his pictures legends of the monkey world. I looked at his pictures and I liked all of them. With his permission, I posted his pictures on the internet,and jump started a phenomenon beyond my wildest dreams. And here we are today. All because of a monkey who wanted to be silly.
